Order Holding & Fulfillment Policy

To ensure fairness and organization for all customers, McCoy Minerals follows the policy below for paid orders:

Shipping Orders

Shipping orders must be claimed or arranged within 2 years of purchase.

If we are unable to contact you or receive a response after multiple attempts within this time frame, the order will be considered abandoned.

After two years, the item may be resold or returned to inventory. No refunds will be issued.

In-Store Pickup Orders

Pickup orders will be held for 2 years from the purchase date.

Customers will receive reminders to collect their order.

After two years, the item may be resold or returned to inventory. No refunds will be issued.

Ongoing Communication

If we are actively communicating with you regarding your order, settings, or custom details, we are happy to extend the holding period beyond the stated timeframe.

Communication must remain ongoing to qualify for an extension.

Custom Work & Cutting

All gemstone cutting and custom jewelry orders are non-refundable. This includes special requests, custom designs, and personalized pieces.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Custom Orders & Cutting Services

All custom jewelry and gemstone cutting orders are final sale and non-refundable once work has begun.

• Production timelines are estimates and may vary.
• Design changes after approval may result in additional fees.

Appraisals

All gemstone appraisals are professional opinions based on available data and tools. Appraisals are not guarantees of resale value.

Orders & Payment

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

Order Hold Policy

Completed orders must be claimed within 2 years from the completion date.

• Pickup and shipping orders will be held for up to 2 years.
• If we are actively communicating with you about settings or design changes, we will extend the hold period.
• Orders not claimed after 2 years may be forfeited and repurposed at our discretion, including charitable fundraising.
• McCoy Minerals is not responsible for lost items after this period.

Returns & Exchanges

• Custom jewelry and cutting services are non-refundable.
• In-stock retail items may be exchanged within 7 days if unworn and in original condition.
• No cash refunds. Store credit only.
• Sale items are final sale.

Fundraisers & Raffles

• All raffle ticket sales are final.
• No refunds or exchanges.
• Winners will be announced per event rules.
• Proceeds go to designated charities as stated.

Limitation of Liability

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss due to natural stone breakage
• Shipping delays or carrier issues
• Website downtime or errors
